Job description:
- provide administrative and clerical support within the real estate industry, assisting with various tasks related to real estate transactions, property records, and client communication.
- Handling paperwork, scheduling appointments, and other general office tasks entering some Accounts Payables.
Title Searches
- Conducting and reviewing title searches to ensure the validity of property ownership.
Contract Preparation:
- Preparing and managing contracts for purchase, sale, and lease of real estate.
Skills:
· Strong organizational skills
· Preferred Languages – French and English
· Attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Familiarity with real estate software and databases – training is available
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
