The Rental Housekeeper & Facilities Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience of Cameron’s Beach Campground. Flexible hours based on rental turnovers and campground needs. Some weekend work required during peak season.
This position is responsible for ensuring that all washrooms, and rental units are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guests. The role also supports operations by assisting with facility upkeep and working alongside the team to keep the campground running smoothly.
This is an active, hands-on role best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, notices details, and enjoys working in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Rental Cleaning (Primary Responsibility)
- Complete full turnover cleaning of rentals and cottages between guests
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, and common areas
- Remove garbage and reset units for arrival
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Report damages or maintenance issues immediately
- Clean and prepare trailer rentals and bunkie between guest stays
- Follow cleaning checklists to ensure consistency and quality
- Restock supplies and report any damages or maintenance needs
- Ensure each unit is guest-ready and meets campground standards
- Participate in beginning- and end-of-season deep cleans
Washroom Facilities Cleaning
- Complete scheduled public washroom cleans
- Clean and restock washrooms, including sinks, toilets, floors, and showers
- Maintain supply levels for toilet paper, paper towel, and soap
- Report maintenance issues immediately

Requirements
- Reliable transportation to and from the campground
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends during peak season
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Able to follow checklists and complete tasks within expected timeframes
- Physically able to handle repetitive cleaning tasks
This role is best suited for someone who notices the small details and takes pride in doing the job right the first time
Compensation
- $22/hour
- Monthly performance incentives
